Please arrive promptly at your designated time slot. If you arrive or run over your time by more than 15 minutes late, an additional late charge of £15 for every 15 minutes will be incurred.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due in full the day before your event.
Yes balloons or decorations are allowed on site. All waste must be taken away with you at the end of your hire. Any waste or decorations left behind will incur a clean-up fee and a permanent ban from the farm.
All children are required to be supervised at all times by responsible adults and are not allowed to roam freely on their own.
No entry to animal enclosures is permitted at any time, though our farm residents can be safely viewed from designated safe zones.
Roseland Farm strictly operates a zero-tolerance alcohol-free policy across all events and areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited except in our designated outdoor smoking area.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, CCTV cameras are in operation across the site covering the farm grounds.
As an outdoor rural venue, guests are advised to wear appropriate outdoor footwear. For extreme or dangerous weather conditions, we will contact you regarding rescheduling or our specific weather cancellation terms. Standard cancellations outside of extreme weather retain the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Our cancellation policy depends on the type of rate or package you select. Typically, bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. For non-refundable rates, full charges may apply. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions when booking.
The hiring party is fully responsible for any damage caused to the venue or facilities during their booking, and repair or replacement costs will be billed directly after the event.
