To ensure a productive and safe environment for all Small Business Offsites at Roseland Farm, we kindly ask that you review and observe our key guidelines:
Arrival & Timing: Please arrive promptly at your designated time slot. If you arrive or run over your time by more than 15 minutes late, an additional charge of £15 for every 15 minutes will be incurred.
Payment & Deposit Terms: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance to be paid in full the day before your event.
Waste & Decorations Policy: All waste must be taken away with you at the end of your hire. No balloons or decorations are to be left behind. Any items left behind will incur a clean-up fee and a permanent ban from the farm.
Safety & Security: For complete peace of mind, CCTV cameras are in operation across the site covering the farm grounds to ensure a secure and safe environment for all participants.
Animal Enclosures & Smoking: No entry to animal enclosures is permitted at any time (though residents can be viewed safely from designated zones). Meanwhile, smoking is strictly prohibited on site due to livestock and flammable material’s.
Alcohol-Free Policy: Roseland Farm strictly operates an alcohol-free policy across all corporate events and meetings.
Weather & Outdoor Footwear: As an outdoor-focused rural location, attendees are advised to wear appropriate outdoor footwear.
Cancellation Policy for Extreme Weather: In the event of dangerous or extreme weather conditions that make hosting unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or process a refund per our weather policy.
General Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellations outside of extreme weather are subject to our standard terms (retaining the non-refundable 50% deposit).
Damage Liability Clause: The hiring party is fully responsible for any damage caused to the venue or equipment during their offsite, and any repair or replacement costs will be billed directly after the event.
